Where we ship

Everywhere in the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We can't reach the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses just yet.

When it arrives

We pack and dispatch	1–2 business days
Then delivery takes	3–5 business days
So you'll have it in	4–7 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting UK public holidays. Order after 4pm or over the weekend and we'll start packing the next business day.

We'd rather give you an honest window than a number we can't hit — these are estimates, and carrier delays, weather and busy periods can stretch them.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the UK. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

Tracking your order

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Give it up to 24 hours to start updating.

Nothing after 3 business days? Have a quick look in your spam folder, then email hello@hushlights.com and we'll find out what's happening.

Your lamp's battery

Both lamps have a built-in rechargeable battery, shipped installed as UK carriers require. It arrives partly charged, so you can switch it on right away — but give it a full charge before your first proper evening with it.

Got the address wrong?

It happens. Email us straight away with your order number and we'll fix it, as long as the parcel hasn't left us. Once it ships we can't redirect it, so it's worth a quick check at checkout.

If you're not home

The carrier will usually try again and leave a card telling you how to rearrange or collect. They may leave it with a neighbour or somewhere safe, at their discretion.

If something goes wrong

Still nothing after 10 business days? Email us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Arrived damaged? Send us photos of the box and the lamp within 14 days. We'll replace it or refund you — either way it costs you nothing, and we don't need the damaged one back unless we ask.

Ordered the Hush Ritual?

Both lamps travel together in one parcel.

Customs

We ship within the UK only, so there's nothing to pay on arrival — no customs charges, no import duties, no surprise fees at the door.
