We keep this short. Here's what we do with your data.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us run the shop: Shopify (our store platform), our payment provider, our fulfilment partner and UK couriers, our email and analytics providers, Meta for advertising where you've consented, and our accountants. HMRC, where the law requires it.

We don't sell your data. Ever.

Some of these are based outside the UK, including in the US. When your data goes abroad we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, so it stays just as protected.

How long we keep it

Order records for 6 years after the relevant financial year — HMRC requires that, so we can't delete them sooner. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Emails to us for 2 years. Analytics for up to 26 months.

Cookies

Essential cookies run the cart and checkout, and can't be turned off. Analytics and advertising cookies only load if you agree to them in our cookie banner. Change your mind any time via the cookie link in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, send you a copy to take elsewhere, or stop using it — including stopping marketing, which you can also do from the unsubscribe link in any email. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it any time.
